Baby maddox heartbreaking diagnosis

On October 2nd I went for a growth scan at 36 2days, after 36 weeks of thinking i had a happy healthy baby and having everything ready for him, I got hit with them finding something wrong with his heart, and then all this overwhelming info. I got sent to Wellington at 37 weeks to confirm what they were seeing which is a rare heart defect called ebsteins anomaly, his unfortunately being on the severe end of it, with not a good outlook. I now have to get flown to auckland to meet with a team of doctors and go over my options and deliver him there, so much is unknown at this point but if he were to survive it could be upwards of 6 months in hospital, I have two special needs boys already at home who have been with my mum who unfortunately doesn't get paid for days off due to self employment. My heart is absolutely broken and I've had no time to process or prepare and am now asking for any help towards travel, loss of wages, and worst case planning a funeral. If funeral arrangements become necessary, support may be available through the hospital. If that happens, we’ll provide an update. Even just sharing would help a lot and be much appreciated. The only assistance I have gotten is petrol to get to my appointments but will need help to travel back and forwards for my boys at home and support person with me. I haven't applied for any other help or looked into it.
