Help us have a baby

We are trying to raise funds so we can have a baby. My fiancé is a very brilliant dad to my girls that he has raised as his. I was in a bad relationship & made to tie my cords out of spite. My Fiance now & I have been together 9 years & this is our dream to complete our family. We have a very loving happy relationship & a baby would just complete us. I feel bad that we are not able to do this on our own. We are both hard working fun loving people that always put others 1st so now it is our time to ask for help which we don't usuallydo. If we can do this it would honestly be our dream come true. We have tried other avenues & just cant do it so if you are able to help us we would be forever thankful. The operation can only be done by going private hospital & the costs are out of our reach. I am 44 so have to try do it sooner than later to increase our chances of conceiving.
