baby lexi was born at 24 weeks weighing 630 grams on the 20th may 2016 she has fought a tough battle but unfortunately she passed away with mum by her side on the 1st of july 2016

baby lexi was is and always will be loved she has and older brother and sister and loving family that will miss her greatly

any help at this sad time will be appreciated as jess will need all the support and love she can get

her mother is now trying to gather some funds to giver her baby a beautiful send off
