I have a answer for Tom.

When you have someone who has an accident it's not only them that it effects. All the hidden costs that Bailley's family will be having to cope with so far away from home will be huge. Trying to juggle family responsibilities, work commitments, supporting Bailley etc comes with added costs.

I'm proud to be a Southlander supporting Bailley and her family at this time. I would like to wish you well as you work towards the best possible outcome.

It may seem strange, but what exactly is this money going towards? What could this girl need $24,000 for? Why would anyone pledge anything without a clear breakdown of where the money is going??

At this moment in time there is no breakdown but as you will appreciate, there will be many costs in the coming months and possibly the coming years. People of NZ have been so kind in their donations and the family will be forever grateful for this.
