Going Bald for Prostate Cancer

$1,020 of $500 goal
Given by 25 generous donors in 4 weeks

I'm going to shave my head to raise money for the Prostate Cancer Foundation.

Nationwide

In New Zealand, prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men, around 3,000 registrations each year and about 600 deaths from prostate cancer each year.

My father passed away from a 5 year battle with prostate cancer in January of 2013.

later that year, at the age of 37 I was also diagnosed with Prostate Cancer.

I have had a radical prostatectomy and regular blood tests to keep me in the clear.

I am starting a support group in Porirua for the PCF (Prostate Cancer Foundation) I have become a support coordinator for the foundation.

I have decided to do a personal campaign for "Blue September" the fundraising month for the PCF.

If I can raise $500 I will shave my head!
