Lets help Sam as he helps our people.
Bay of Plenty
Sam and his dog Bo travel New Zealand raising awareness for mental health particularly in our men, using his undeniable talent as one of New Zealand's most talented barbers he engages with men in areas and environments most vulnerable to mental health issues. He has been hard at work asking questions around the perceived image of a kiwi male and using his craft to promote communication around these topics that we as kiwi men struggle to speak about.
We couldn't be more proud of his mission and we are stoked to be able to create a platform to celebrate his journey and raise awareness and funds to support the legend of a man. We threw a fundraising event last week called Hakuna Mama. On the evening, local artists created pieces to be auctioned of so we could get further funds to Sam's amazing mission.
Due to the nature of Sam's cause (trading haircuts and yarns for goods and services) events like this can really help him continue his work and stay on the road. Whether its 1$ or 100$ every dollar counts and we appreciate any support.

I have known Sam since school, he does amazing things for our people. His grass roots approach to attacking mental health issues is pretty damn amazing.
