I would like to ensure that Josh and his family are able to enjoy as much as they can the time left together as a family

Josh is a 29 -year-old male, with a wife Tarsha, and their two children.

They have been married for three years

Live in Wellington, where they live a happy, quiet, family life together.

Unfortunately on New years eve 2020, Josh was rushed to hospital with quite severe abdominal pain

After one night in hospital with several scans, MRI's, bloods, and a biopsy, their life was turned upside down.

They received the devastating news that Josh has grade three advanced Neuroendocrine Cancer

Unfortunately, this comes with a short life span

Due to previous financial hardship, this acts as another burden at this tough time as their life insurance had lapsed without knowledge especially when he is now unable to work and everyday life becoming a bit of a struggle

These will go towards allowing the family to enjoy some quality time during what time left they have together and help with everyday financial struggles allowing Josh to pursue a couple of things he would like to achieve before he deteriorates health-wise

Update on the Battle for Josh 21 August 2021

We have changed chemo options due to not being able to cope with nausea and pretty much living over the toilet. But he is now on a chemo cycle that he can handle and does this every 2 weeks.

After about 12 cycles there will be a new CT to see whether it is working.

Fingers crossed it is.

We are very grateful for any donations and shares that are made to this page. His oncologist has said that next year is going to be tough which we ate still trying to get our heads around as a family. But we are just taking every day as it comes.
