    We are still under lockdown but we had to make an exception to made our signature official. We put on our armour and went to the public notary to sign our paperwork. Now we are waiting to get good news from the lawyer! / Seguimos en aislamiento pero tuvimos que hacer una excepción para hacer nuestra firma oficial. Nos pusimos nuestra armadura y fuimos al notario público para firmar los documentos. Ahora estamos esperando las buenas noticias de parte del abogado!

  • Getting online! / Explorando el cyber espacio!

    We have been asked many times if we have information available in a website. We always point out to our social media channels. However now we understand the importance of a website, sharing our information and the evidence of our work. So now we are working on it with our fabulous designer and ComunaCiencia team member Kelly, and the webdesigner Miguel. They are both peruvians and very committed to the process.

    Siempre nos preguntan si tenemos información disponible en una página web. Normalmente señalamos nuestras redes sociales. Poco a poco hemos ido entendiendo la necesidad de tener una página web con información y evidencias de nuestro trabajo. Actualmente nos encontramos trabajando en ello guiadas por la talentosa Kelly quien es una diseñadora e ilustradora peruana parte del equipo de ComunaCiencia, y con Miguel quien es diseñador web. Estamos muy contentas con los avances y el compromiso que cada uno está poniendo en el proyecto.

    ComunaCiencia is becoming a formal non-for-profit organization in Perú. Due to Covid-19 pandemic, Karla and Nicole still under lockdown in their homes keeping themselves safe, delivering workshops, planning next steps and cool activities, and..signing paperwork to make ComunaCiencia´s Birthday more official than ever :)

    ComunaCiencia se está convirtiendo en una asociación sin fines de lucro formalmente. Debido a la pandemia del Covid-19, Karla y Nicole continúan en aislamiento social en sus casas. Ellas se encuentran felizmente sanas, desarrollando talleres, planeando más actividades geniales y...firmando documentos para hacer ComunaCiencia enteramente oficial!
