Bee keeping teen with cancer achieves General Excellence Scholarship.
Wellington
My Oldest son Xavier of 14 has ALL Lukememia and just entered remission, his younger brother of 13 Bentley is Xaviers biggest support.
Xavier has endured harsh chemotherapy with nasty side effects such as ulcers within his throat and living on morphine for over two weeks too allow him to eat. Along with severe mental health challenges
Xavier is a polite caring boy, who loves to help others. Xavier is also a keen bee keeper who has had multiple bee hives at both his primary and preparatory schools, Xavier and Bentley have harvested and sold the honey with all proceeds going to each school.
Last year Xavier and Bentley applied for scholarships to attend college, they were both blessed and achieved General Excellence Scholarships to attend a full IB Curriculum college which they worked hard to achieve.
The scholarships offer 33% reduced costs,
Due to myself being full time solo parent to my 5 children, Its a struggle cover the remaining cost. Both Xavier and Bentley have worked hard to achieve there respective scholarships and are excited to pursue the opportunities the school offers. Any funds raised will go towards there secondary school education
I'm the father to my two sons Xavier and Bentley
