Be-Friended: a short film - Updates

Be-Friended is a winner!

It is with great pleasure to announce that not only was Be-Friended completed in May 2023, it is also winning awards at film festivals! So far it has won Best Children's Short Film at Tamizagham International Film Festival in India and Best Animated Film at Arts Film Awards in Skopje. It has also received Honourable Mention from Arts Film Awards for Production, Direction, Original Screenplay, Cinematography, Sound Design, Editing, and Poster Design.

Thank you all for your belief and support in me and this project. You helped make this dream a reality and for that I am forever grateful. Thank you x

A quick update :)

I am so grateful for all the donations! There has been a total of $3500 so far!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

My dear friend, Nicola from Waipu Yoga, has offered to do a fundraising Hatha yoga class which you are all welcome to join. It is a Zoom class held on Wednesday 5 Aug 2020 at 6pm. I will send out the link on Tuesday night 4 Aug.

First off I wanted to say thank you for recently donating to Be-Friended: a short film.

I really appreciate your support in storytelling. <3

I know how tough times may seem, especially in our current global situation, so the fact that you carved out time and money SHOWS how committed you are to bringing more joy into the world!

I am having an absolute blast sharing my story and creating skits with Cuddles to promote this project. I hope you are enjoying them too!

If I may ask one more favour of you; please like and share them. :) And/or email links onto family, friends, colleagues, alumni, etc. The more exposure the videos get, the more likely it'll reach another person that it resonates with. The mission is to find more people who believe in the same values; self-love, fun and storytelling.
