Bella (9 years old)

My niece Bella has autism/Adhd/GDD & an intellectual disability. She has other complexities and hasn’t been able to manage at school. She has trouble with retention & neither school nor mum have been able to help her learn. We have discovered the Doman method which will help reconnect her brain synapses so we can teach her how to read & count. Mum has had to give up work to support her and is Bella is currently home schooling.

Bella needs to go to regular appointments and if it’s possible to help with these costs it would be amazing.

We are looking for support to place Bella into an intensive US based therapy program here at home in Nz.

We do get disability support, but resources are limited. So if parents want more intensive personalised therapy for their children, this often means seeking overseas support and it is usually tens of thousands of dollars.

I plan on engaging with functional medicine/root cause specialists and general empowering wraparound costs.

The Doman method alone is $9,000 NZD and I will need to pay this in the next 3 weeks if she is able to attend the program. We would really appreciate your support.
