Ben NHL 2014

In January 2013, Ben broke both his wrists and thought his hockey playing days were done and dusted. Over the last 18 months he has come a long way personally and physically. He has just made the Central Districts Mens National Hockey League team to play the Ford NHL tournament in North Harbour early September. The invoice has arrived for $1,600 and this has to be paid by the end of August. We will be on a strict budget but still have a mortgage to pay, so we are looking for quick ways to fundraise. I (Bex) am happy to bake for people in Palmy for a kind donation... or if you want to be amazing please just donate a few $ towards his tournament. By the way this is higher than ITM cup level for rugby when you think about it, but unfortunately there is no money in NZ Hockey so he has to front the cash, and quick.
