Best friend down

So last night I had gone out leaving my puppy to rest after a long drive home (she gets car sick) and she had been run over by a car, a few hours later when I arrived home (quite late) I had found her inside with her skin just flapping there and her licking intensely in one spot.

After her greeting me at the door loud like normal she started not being quiet. I put light towards her and saw it I panicked and went to find help, I had called the emergency vet to take her which costs alot to call out. I took her anyway cause she was in bad shape, she has been bandaged up and on fluids and pain killers. Got told last night she will need a small surgery and alot of stitches and her tear is from the bottom of her back to under her front leg (dog armpit). I only work part time and am trying to pay $350 rent in my own I really need help to pay for it. The vet has said they can't do anything until I can pay full price and at the moment my financial situation won't allow me. So far I have managed to round up $115 by selling a bit if my belongings but know I don't have enough to make the full amount. She's only 6 months old and has the most amazing personality. Her name is Cairo and she's my baby.
