We are using the new venue you are helping pay for to do lots of varied activities. We have had pizza nights, burger nights, run different groups from there such as Anime movie group, 2 different types of games groups, conversation groups etc and we do lots of planning for spin off activities from there . What a difference this makes to our lives. Thank you for your continued support.

  • A big thank you for your help so far

Just wanted to say a big thank you to all those who have donated so far, as every dollar is helping.

We have been using our new venue, and what a great difference it is making.

Much needed friendships are being made and developed, whilst positive self-esteem and self- skills are being nurtured as well.

For example, we have decided that many would benefit from a self and peer advocacy course that would give added confidence and skills in dealing with the hiccup in their lives so we have organised an Autistic friendly course which will happen in November.

This is directly thanks to you, through your donations, giving us a place to meet.

    We are also organising:

    - The creation of “The Voices from the Spectrum” Trust [the paperwork is well underway] so we can begin to organise more funding to help pay for our activities.

    - two sausage sizzles, in the next few weeks, which members of our group will be stepping up to run in order to not only raise much needed funds, but also to involve them in activities which should develop their social skills.

 We still need your continued support, so we can make a real positive difference to our Autistic adult lives.

 You are not just investing in the present but also in the future of the Autistic adults within our community.

 What you give really matters to us more then you may realize.

Thank you for your continued support as what you give helps not only us but others with autism.
