  • The container is ready!

    Our brand new shiny green container is ready to go. All going well, it will be delivered next week, with movers delivering the heavy furniture the following day and a working bee on Saturday the 8th to fit out the workshop. Details of this are on our Facebook event.

    We're super stoked to finally have our own space to expand our mechanical offerings. And it's all thanks to the support we've recieved from people like you. Thanks again so much.

    Once we're settled in, we'll be sure to let you all know so you can come check it out.

  • Sustainability Expo

    It's been a busy few weeks at EkeRua HQ. We've been busy getting quotes for containers and modifications and are close to ordering one!

    We're also busy preparing for our e-bike projects and continuing our support for other bike hubs in the Hutt Valley and Porirua.     But we've also been busy getting ready for the Sustainability Expo at Parliament on Wednesday next week. Hosted by Grant Robertson's office, this expo will feature the who's who of ways minimisation in Wellington. We'll be trying our story of recycling old bikes and also providing advice on how to buy a good second hand bike (rather than a cheaply made new bike). Come see us on the day!
