Bird Rescue Dunedin

Hi, I found 4 baby sparrows looking about 3 days old almost 2 weeks ago, I was unaware of what to do and I had no internet or anything to google what to do. They're all still alive and I think they're fine. I need help? I didn't know I had to take them to a bird rescue centre and it's illegal to keep them.
