Black cats lives matter

Hi there,

Almost 1 year ago my grandma found 5 kittens in her garden. They seemed to be starving and abandoned so she called the spca. They came and took them away and hopefully they are now living happily ever after. Anyway a couple of days later to grandmas surprise she heard faint meows coming from a different part of her garden.

There where 2 little kittens 1 fully black and the other black with white under his chin and white feet. My mother phoned and asked if i knew anyone who would want them i said i will have one and my son he would take the other one. He at the time was living in wellington city and was allowed a cat so everything was great until the landlord decided that the house be sold my son had to find new accomodation which he did but they would not allow pets, so he asked if i could look after TUX. Thinking to myself well not really as i already had the brother which i have named LYNX that probably wouldnt work out to well, but they actually get on fine and i have them both living with me. The problem is i have a neighbour complaining that they are picking on her female cat and spraying everywhere (marking their territory as they say) she has demanded i get them neutured before she reports them to the spca. I am unable to afford this though hence myself putting up this request for any help so that they do not get into further trouble or make anymore kittens and also are safely vaccinated so they do not get sick.
