Passed away, our deepest condolences to his whole family

We would like to Thank every single one of you who donated to help us get Feridoun the Treatment he needed to receive in order to get him healed and healthy again. Unfortunately I was notified that he did not make it and passed away at 9.30 this morning. We are all devastated by this news and our hearts are with his wife and kids.

No words will describe the sorrow of this family.

I am a 29 Year old Mum with a Family Member who was diagnosed with Blood Cancer two years ago and even though they tried a lot of different ways to treat him they have not been able to do anything for him at Auckland Hospital in the past 2 years, they told him that treatment is available in Europe or privately.

He has spent the past 6 months away from his family as they had to keep him at Auckland Hospital due to his high fevers and zero immune system which was caused by Chemo Therapy. Chemo was not effective and did not respond well for him and only ruined his body's immune system.

He has been cared for by the Nurses and Doctors at the hospital which we are truly grateful for but right now they are not able to provide any more treatments for him and they are only comforting him at this stage and they don't have any hope for him to survive unless he takes alternative treatment.

He has two young children whom are devastated by the news that they will not have their father with them for much longer.

However, His wife and sister in law who is my Second cousin are not giving up on him so they searched and found a Private Practice/Specialist in Remuera who has healed and treated patients with cancer who also had no hope of survival. However to get treatments and to be seen by this specialist they will need a small fortune as each visit and treatment costs $500 for every week and his wife who is now the only provider of the family has no money left after paying for rent and food for their kids.

We would be ruined if we let this young, kind hearted and lovely father pass away because we did not have any money, to give him the treatments he needs to survive.

Auckland Hospital does not have access to these treatments and his only hope is to be treated by this specialist who has healed many cancer patients before or go to Europe to be treated.

I heard about give a little and decided to fund raise for him to give him a chance to survive and to give his wife and kids some hope for the future. I hope that people in the community will help as much or as little as they can so we can give this man a chance to survive and be there for his kids as they grow up.
