Get me to the Boccia (pronounced as Botcha) World Challenger in Bahrain, November 2024

I have been selected in the New Zealand Boccia Team to attend the Manama 2024 World Boccia Challenger in Bahrain this November. I play in the BC1 class in Boccia. This means that I require a sports assistant to travel with me and they need to be on court when I am playing. This trip is self-funded and I need to raise the money for my assistant and myself, the amount I’m required to raise is $11,000 for this trip. These funds will cover the cost of flights and entry fees, which includes accommodation, meals and transport for the week-long event. I face significant barriers to be able to play sport for our country. The financial barrier to represent New Zealand is the biggest one, in the only sport that I can play. I have 8 international caps to my name so far and please assist me to get more!
