Please Help get me to Auckland for hip graft thank you

Hi my name is vicky I'm 31 years old with 3 young kids to run around after and i have pain on a daily basis. I have to use 1 crutch 24/7 .

I live 8 hours drive away from auckland .

I had a pao surgery in Auckland on May 6th it has not healed so I am on the wait list for a bone graph surgery in Auckland again surgeon and said that I'm on a bone graft list for in the new year. once I've had the surgery I have to travel every 6 weeks back to Auckland for the check ups. But

this costs money for accommodation and travel so hopefully you could help me . I have tried my dhb but they will only give me around $1000 back 6 weeks after surgery which covers my 6 week and 12 week check up. A little goes a long way and I appreciated anything even just a good luck message . Thank you
