I need braces, are you able to help contribute towards fixing my teeth and self esteem at the same time?

When I was younger I was told I needed braces but my family couldn't afford them. Back them my teeth didn't bother me. It was at intermediate I started getting bullied for my (horse mouth). I started to notice that every time I smiled I would put my hand over my mouth so no one could see my teeth. I am now age 19 and I have really bad self esteem issues because of my teeth so I have started saving to get braces and gain my confidence so I can smile properly again! Are you able to help me? Any contribution helps and it would be greatly appreciated!
