    We are getting closer to our fundraising event to be held on Friday and have been blown away by all the donations and contributions! Krystle is now in Dunedin and undertaking rehabilitation. There is still a long journey ahead but it is so nice for Nick, Lily and Ellie to have her closer to home.

    Thank you to each and everyone of you who have donated. Your kindness is humbling.

  • Raise the Roof

    I know tears don’t have much purpose but I had a good cry on the way home from our staff meeting tonight for the Hall Family. There were tears for Nick and all the worry that he is having to endure, for Lily who doesn’t really understand how sick her mum is, for Ellie who doesn’t get to be with her mum each day and for Krystle whose life has been turned upside down and who has to undertake a journey none of us can ever imagine.

    I think part of being human is wanting to help others so I ask you to join me to RAISE THE ROOF on this Give a Little page and get as many people as we can from far and wide to donate. Let’s make it happen! - Macaela

    I just want to say how humbled I am by all the generous and kind people who have donated to the Hall family during this challenging time. I have been in contact with Nick and he has said both Ellie and Lily are good (Lily is being a wonderful helper), and that Krystle is doing well but her brain is "putting the jigsaw back together". We are in full swing at Mini Thinkers preparing for our fundraising disco to be held at the end of the month. We have so many amazing parents who are donating raffle prizes and coming up with the some wonderful ways to help raise money. Our thoughts continue to be with Nick, Krystle, Lily and Ellie.
