Break the chains of poverty by helping me put these children through a proper education.

I met Ssebunya Ivan through social media at a difficult time in his life. His parents were killed in a car crash and he was left trying to feed, clothe and shelter his younger brothers and sisters. We have spoken multiple times via messaging and video chatted using Whatsapp. With Gods help we were recently able to help secure some land so Ssebunya could grow food to feed himself, his siblings and help with rental costs.

We would now like to take this a step further and get his brothers and sisters into schooling, in an effort to break this cycle of poverty. Ssebunya has done his research and sent me a print out from the school that contains all of the costs involved.

To get all eight of his siblings into school we are looking at around $2000NZ, equal to 4,370,900 Ugandan Shillings (UGX). This will cover the first year of education including board for the older ones.

I am appealing to your heart and to your compassion. Please help us break the chains of poverty in this family by helping these children gain a proper education.
