Brent Turners road to recovery, This horrific and unexpected stroke has devastated his family, changing life forever for them.

Three months ago Brent Turner, a loving father and grandfather’s life turned completely upside down. Childhood sweethearts Brent & Gayle run a coffee cart outside a medical centre in Palmerston North, where they serve food and coffee to the hardworking doctors and nurses every day. However, Brent's life took a sudden turn when he suffered a severe stroke, and was rushed to Wellington Hospital for a life-saving operation.

The road to recovery for Brent after his stroke will be a challenging journey, The severity of the stroke has left him with various physical challenges that will require time, patience, and extensive rehabilitation. In addition to medical care, Brent will need the support of his family and friends, who will play a crucial role in his recovery journey. They will need to provide encouragement, motivation, and love as he navigates the ups and downs of his rehabilitation process and life now.

We are reaching out to our community to help Brent and his family ease the pressure of immediate costs to make the changes to their home to even allow him to have day visits this includes immediate changes to doors, bathroom and accesses. There is no cover to help for these things.
