Brent has has a horrific and unexpected stoke, the husband, father, grandfather and friend's world stopped and he needs our help please.
Nationwide
Three months ago Brent Turner, a loving father and grandfather’s life turned completely upside down. Childhood sweethearts Brent & Gayle run a coffee cart outside a medical centre in Palmerston North, where they serve food and coffee to the hardworking doctors and nurses every day. However, Brent's life took a sudden turn when he suffered a severe stroke, and was rushed to Wellington Hospital for a life-saving operation.
The road to recovery for Brent after his stroke will be a challenging journey, The severity of the stroke has left him with various physical challenges that will require time, patience, and extensive rehabilitation. In addition to medical care, Brent will need the support of his family and friends, who will play a crucial role in his recovery journey. They will need to provide encouragement, motivation, and love as he navigates the ups and downs of his rehabilitation process and life now.
We are reaching out to our community to help Brent and his family ease the pressure of immediate costs to make the changes to their home to even allow him to have day visits this includes immediate changes to doors, bathroom and accesses. There is no cover to help for these things. The road ahead is a long one and his life will never be the same again, we ask for those who can to support them in whichever way they can please do. anything we can do to help in them in this time of absolute devastation would greatly be appreciated.
I am Brent's nephew
All funds will go toward Brents rehabilitation and supporting the family, He is unable to work in their business and be the primary carer for both his mother and mother in law who has also has a debilitating stroke, they are both totally dependant on him.
