We don't want to get sick- please help

After a great evening in Brooklyn, the toilet took a bruising. The bowl smashed, and toilet water leaked all through the downstairs hallway. This is 'black water', containing faeces. This water is toxic, and will make us very sick. Unfortunately, the problem costs $1000 to fix. Any help would be greatly appreciated xx
