Buddy & Lola are sick

This last week has been heart breaking for me & my family.

We have had to take our fur babies (chihuahuas) to the vet this week.

Mondays vet visit was for Roxy (15) we were told she had pneumonia & to start her on antibiotic which we did, but by Thursday morning she was getting worse so we took her back to the vet for further tests.

Further tests showed that she was in renal failure & had a heart base tumour which was causing the fluid on her lungs so we sadly had to make the hard decision to put her to sleep. We bought her home but are needing to have her cremated as we rent & don’t feel right about leaving her behind.

By Friday morning I noticed Buddy (12) & Lola (10) seemed off so I took them to the vet only to be told they have strange sounds coming from their lungs & to start them on antibiotics which we have done. The vet wants to see them again this Friday & will need to run further tests on them which are bloods & chest X-rays . This has not only been mentally draining but also expensive & we are starting to feel the pinch.

Buddy & Lola both need dental work alongside their current medical needs. We don’t expect the funds to cover the vet bills. A little help goes a long way. If you can not financially help, that is ok . A share is also helping 🥹
