Buddy Boys CCL Surgery

$380 donated
Given by 12 generous donors in 7 weeks

Buddy ruptured his CCL, a ligament in his left knee 12 weeks ago. After some natural healing processes and remidies he's in no better state.

Waikato

Buddy is a beautiful and loving Rottweiler, Hunterway cross.

He's 3 years old and loves nothing more to chase and fetch a good ball or stick. And swimming any time of the year!!

Unfortunately due to Buddy rupturing his knee 12 weeks ago he has been limited to minimal movement and confined living whilst unattended.

He has fully torn his CCL meaning the surgery will be an intense one and will incur a lengthy amount of recovery time.

Aaron Perry's involvement (page creator)

I'm involved because I am Buddy's owner, having raised him from an 8 week old pup, this boy is really my son. I love nothing more than seeing him run around and live as an energetic dog, of which he has always been.

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
