Your Support Is Already Opening Doors in South Auckland
3 May 2026Over the past three months, your support has helped us take meaningful steps toward a South Auckland Neurodiversity Support Hub.
We’re already seeing the impact. Acorn Neurodiversity has begun collaborating with Barnardos to support early learning services in Manurewa, helping educators better understand and respond to the needs of neurodivergent tamariki. This work means more children can be seen, supported, and celebrated in the places where they learn and grow every day.
We’ve also been providing neuro-affirming training to educators across Auckland, sharing practical tools that help create calmer, more inclusive, and more supportive learning environments.
Every conversation, training session, and partnership is helping build a stronger community around neurodivergent children and their whānau.
Your generosity is making this possible. Thank you for believing that South Auckland families deserve timely, specialist, strengths-based support.
