Burnt down with nothing left
Please help us raise funds for my dad who’s house and all his belongings burnt down. Any kind of generosity is appreciated.

Last night my father got a call whilst he was out that his house was on fire. We arrived to have about 10 fire trucks and the house burnt down to the ground.. there is absolutely nothing left. There has been no cause found of what started the fire yet.
He unfortunately did not have any insurance so is only left with the clothes that he was wearing and his mobile phone.
Whilst we are hugely grateful that no one was inside the house and injured, it is devastating that there is nothing left.
I am starting this give a little page just so that we can get some funds to help him get back on his feet with furniture, clothing and appliances.
For those of you who know my dad, you would know that he is a man who is extremely generous with his time and money. Always looking for things he can give to people or ways to help them out a little. I am just wanting to now return the favour and help him out so he can have a home again.

The funds will go towards my dad being able to get clothing, furniture and the basic needs of a home together.

- Just wanting to give a quick update to everyone who donated. Dad has been able to get all of his necessities with the huge help of everyone who contributed. They have moved a new house onto the land where the old house burned down and he is just awaiting electricity to be connected now. We appreciate everything that has been donated hugely. I asked dad if he wanted to say something and this is what he replied with: “Wow hell yes I'd really love to say something to everyone if I could. I really have been wanting to do something for ever since that event. They all made me cry and renewed my faith in mankind. I had pretty much given up on people for one reason or another over the years. Thinking everyone was so selfish. But I now realise I was letting not such good people close and there are a lot of kind selfless people out there. Can't say thank you enough to everyone.”
