Keeping Caine's memory alive and helping other children
Nationwide
Caine passed away in December 2013 from a spinal cord tumour that was diagnosed only 18 days before he died. Caine was 14 months old.
To celebrate what would be Caine's 2nd birthday and raise funds towards his unveiling, we are planning a Carnival.
Caine's Carnival will have ponies, bouncy castles, food and craft stalls and other games and activities.
We are relying on donations and sponsorships to help cover the costs of some of these attractions so that we can offer these activities to the community for a reasonable price.
Because Caine was well supported by both the Child Cancer Foundation and Starship Children's Hospital in his final days, we have found creative ways of supporting these organisations and the children that they are caring for.
At the carnival, patrons will have the opportunity to make something that will help brighten Christmas for a hospitalised child :)
Any donation to either this cause, the Child Cancer Foundation, Starship Children's Hospital or a child/family that needs a helping hand would be greatly appreciated.
