To help pay the legal costs to fight this in court so Cairo gets the future he deserves.

Auckland

Hey, as most of our family & friends know, Cairo is the eldest of my tribe. Just before Cairo turned 3, I moved into my own home for a better future for my kids. When Cairo was 3 years of age he was diagnosed with ASD. After telling her, his family member did not accept the diagnosis even after numerous meetings with specialists & his kindy teachers.

This year my big baby turned 6 & I decided it was time to make a stand so that Cairo gets the help he needs & has the future he deserves & I took him back instead of waiting for her to give another excuse of why he can't come home with me. Doing this led to her making gruesome accusations to Organa Tamariki & now, with her taking me to court to try & get guardianship & custody.

As I work hard to provide for my little family & their futures, I don't qualify for legal aide. At the same time, I can't afford the legal costs of hiring a lawyer. She has made a lot of false accusations & statements in her application & I feel I do need legal help to help fight for Cairo to stay with his mom & brothers😊

Use of funds

To pay for part of the legal costs. The legal costs will cost way more than I'm asking for, but I need help securing a lawyer & paying for the first lot of legal costs.
