Meet California (wearing blue in photo), the 12 year old fostered child living in Levin who has just been selected to attend a Cultural Exc
Nationwide
These hardships included being displaced by a house fire for months before relocating to Christchurch to start a new with her foster family only to be hit by the earthquakes shortly afterwards. With no choice but to relocate again they've now been based in Levin for over a year and I'm happy to report that they are all doing well.
