Help me fulfill a dream of dining with the one and only Gary Vaynerchuk!

Let me start by saying this is not your run of the mill Givealittle campaign and I have no life or death need to have dinner and meet with Gary Vaynerchuk. I'm also well aware most of you probably have no idea who on earth he is. That is okay. This is simply me being bold and trying to come up with a creative way of capitalising on a once in a lifetime opportunity to cross paths with someone whom I have incredible admiration and gratitude for. His way of looking at life and the values he encourages humans to embody such as self-awareness, gratitude, empathy and excuse suffocation resonates deeply with me. I'm particularly fascinated by self-awareness and would love to talk strategy with Gary in this space as I really believe it's the foundation for happiness and fulfillment to flourish within all of us and want everyone to be have an opportunity to explore who they really are.

Two weeks ago, I was astonished to hear Gary Vee was coming to NZ next month and speaking here for the very first time. Unfortunately all the tickets for the event are sold out and according to the organisers there won't be any more released nor will the venue be to accommodate more people. The only option left is an exclusive round-table dinner and strategy session which comes in at the everyday low price of $4999 ;) So I'm daring to dream and going to have a crack at fundraising the money needed to get there as I'm not in a position to cover the cost at the moment.

I certainly don't expect people to make it rain for the sake of me 'having dinner with someone' without offering some sort of value proposition in return. So part of what I've come up with is a series of 'reaction' videos mimicking accents from various places around the world and imagining what they might say upon hearing news of this ambitious endeavour. If it doesn't make sense, it soon will and with any luck it will provide you some entertainment and a few laughs!

If I fail to meet the goal and fulfill my ambition to be there, every dollar you donate will go to KidsCan who do an incredible job of providing food, footwear and items of clothing for tens of thousands of disadvantaged Kiwi kids and it still baffles me that society lets children go to school hungry or without adequate footwear so I have huge respect for the work they do and the difference they make

I'm also pledging to take the top three donors and a friend of their choice out for an all expenses paid dinner at a restaurant of their choice to share the insights and wisdom gained from the experience provided you have an interest in listening of course!
