The surgery went very well and Hannah had a week recovering in hospital. She is home as of today but there is still a massive amount of recovery to come. Slow and steady.
We are humbled by everyone's generosity. I will close this page at the end of the month after a final progress update. Thanks for all the support.
Thank you for all your support everyone. We now have a confirmed surgery date for the 16th july
The genetic testing come back a while ago and it's come back clear. This is some better news.
Waiting for confirmation but surgery could be within the next 2 weeks. Will update when we know.

First of all thank you so much to all that have donated so far. We are very humbled by the support.
We have discussed with the surgeon about the situation and due to there being 2 masses and a fair bit of pre cancerous tissue it's looking like a mastectomy is needed. We have also been to see a plastic surgeon late last week about reconstruction options. After both meetings we have a good idea about the costing and shortfall for the surgery which will be around the 15k mark.
Got the genetic testing sample taken yesterday. This was a little more difficult as due to the bone marrow transplant and had to be done via tissue sample instead of blood test.
Doing this through private, results will be available much sooner. This will help guide surgery and treatment options
