As I hope to donate $1000 to Menzshed if I receive over $5000 I have changed my goal so I can raise as much as I can for my trip and also be able to give back to my community.
I have decided that if I receive more than my goal of $5,000 then I will donate $1,000 to Menzshed.
Cannot go to Australia due to the length of time to acquire a passport so we have decided to travel to the South Island by Train/Coach. All funds will still go towards this trip including accommodation, food, activities etc and any remaining will be donated to Menzshed Hastings. Thank you for all your support.
People ask how you are, and you naturally say, "I'm fine". I'm resigned to having cancer and dying, but they do not give you a check-out date. About 6 months, plus or minus you cannot put in your diary. Thanks to all who have donated, and I hope I can see Cairns again, before I come home to Hastings. NZ.
