Help a driven young lady.

My niece recently lost her mother in a fire in April, two weeks later her car died, she is a very driven young lady, she is currently in year 13, currently has her restricted licence, works in the weekends and plans to study at EIT in 2027, please help me get her a decent, reliable car, if we dont raise it all, whatever we get is a big help and we will work with whatever we end up with.
