Help pay Carol's U.S. medical bill

I recently found posts about the death of Carol Bartlett. I believe that I knew her and her sister Gillian in the late 60s in the UK when they were living in Hendon with their parents. I was best man at her marriage to Trevor Bartlett, but lost touch with them when the moved to New Zealand. I doubt that her younger sisters will remember my visits to see Gillian, but if my belief is correct I would like to offer my condolences to Julie and Diane.
