Kaila needs to get to Sydney for treatment which the NZ health system has refused to cover.

Kaila is 2 1/2 years old and has a rare throat disease called achalasia which affects the oesophagus muscle causing difficulty in swallowing, chest pain and regurgitation of food and liquids. NZ does not have the facilities to treat her.
