My poor sister in-law was just due to have her baby on April 9 th, received news that she need to have Ceasarian for her baby due on dangerous position, otherwise will be risk for her and the baby.
Was sad being poor in my country,we have to pay for everything Docters , Midwife Visit or even Hospital also medication.
They are hardworking couple but unfortunately only earnings $4 a day.
