This page has been created to help celebrate the life of Tracey Hughes who unexpectedly passed away over the weekend at age 49.
Her family and friends are absolutely heart broken and are still coming to terms with this devastating news and their sudden loss. It has impacted not only the whole community but mostly her children Shayne, Brett, Chase and Jasmine.
People have been asking how they can help during this time which has lead to this page being started. We are collecting funds to help her family in a practical way by assisting them with funeral costs. All money raised will be going to her kids.
