Our chairs are old and uncomfortable. 'Bodyfurn ergonomic chairs' (www.furnware.co.nz) encourage students to be more settled, comfortable and therefore attentive as a result.
We want our children to be comfortable and happy at school. We hope you will help us complete this task!
About us
Our School is passionate about creating the best learning environment for our children. We are a decile 5 school with predominately European students 79%, Maori 20% and 1% Pacifica.

Bodyfurn system for our classroom please! 22 October 2013
Furnware Ltd is a New Zealand Company based in Hastings. Please see their website for all the amazing information, videos and case studies regarding their furniture, and how their furniture helps in the class environment. Our aim is to provide all students with one of these bodyform chairs, at a cost of $100/chair. So far, just one Tahunanui School classroom has bodyfurn furniture; and the teacher and children love it!
