Child needing expensive dental treatment including braces
11 year old requiring much needed dental treatment

Hey famz, my 11 year old daughter Sophie is needing extensive dental treatment which includes a jaw expander followed by braces and then retainers throughout her life. Unfortunately, her dental needs/requirements are not free as she is under specialized care.
Without these treatments, not only are her teeth crooked which impacts on her mental health, her jaw is also affecting the shape of her face and compromising her airway.
We have been unsuccessful with help from work and income as it falls under cosmetic surgery, and loan applications have been unsuccessful.
Any donation will be greatly appreciated!!
All donations will go strictly towards her dental visits and much needed treatments.
Use of funds
All donations will go towards Sophie getting her jaw expander, braces and then retainers throughout her life. It will also help cover the costs of her dental visits as these are not government funded as she is under specialist care.
