Raising funds to send Kylie Marie for Ibogaine treatment in Mexico.
Pukekohe, Auckland
Kylie Marie lives every day with the lasting psychological injuries caused by repeated sexual abuse throughout her childhood and teenage years. She has been clinically diagnosed with Chronic Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Dissociative Identity Disorder, Panic Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, and Generalised Anxiety Disorder.
These conditions have left her in a constant state of fear and distress. She experiences relentless anxiety, vivid traumatic nightmares, and an ongoing fight-or-flight response that makes daily life exhausting. In the past, Kylie developed an eating disorder which later evolved into Alcohol Use Disorder as she tried to quiet the overwhelming “noise” in her mind. Although she is now sober, the struggle to manage her mental suffering remains immense.
Kylie has attempted to take her own life on multiple occasions and continues to battle feelings of hopelessness. Despite this, she has shown extraordinary strength and resilience as a devoted mother of three children who depend on her love and care.
Proposed Treatment
Ibogaine therapy offers a potential opportunity for deep trauma processing and addiction recovery. This treatment is currently available overseas in specialised medical settings, including Mexico. Kylie is seeking funding support to access this treatment in the hope of finally finding relief and the chance to live a life free from constant psychological pain.
I am her life partner, call me biased but she is the most kind and caring person I have ever met, with a warm caring smile. A treasure to know.
All funds raised will go towards travel and treatment costs (Ibogaine) (it is a 14 day treatment)
