Promoting Rugby and creating English classes for less privileged students in rural China.

As former Coach/teachers who lived in rural China, we have experienced the difference we could make in young peoples lives. This has always inspired us to one day return to China to continue with our passion for Rugby and English. Since we want to make this a charity to the community we need to establish some sort of income/business to be able to do so. Therefor we want to invest in a backpacker/hostel in the beautiful region of Yangshuo. Unfortunately we are just a normal working class family and we don't have the financial means to make this a reality, that is why we are asking for help.

On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
