Kevin and I will compete in NZIFBB nationals on 8th of Oct. We would like to show our achievement of fitness to all the Chinese.

Being a bodybuilder is an extremely expensive sport, especially when you have a family to take care of and do a physical full time job. It is a hard exercise mentally and physically. It is 7 days, 24hours exercise.

We would like to share our journey with our friends. Especially, Chinese friends. We would like to show you an example of strong and fit, beautiful and confident.
