Chloe Rarity, 33yrs, Loving Mother, Wife & Friend: Terminal Cancer

Chloe is 33years old, wife of Dan & loving mother of two beautiful children, Dakota 9 and Hunter 7. This amazing family have also fostered over 50 children for both emergency & long term placements. They are the first to open their hearts & home to those in need.

Tragically, Chloe was diagnosed with Breast cancer in 2017. She had chemo, radiation & a mastectomy. She was classed as cancer free until July 2020. Chloe was in so much pain so went to the doctor & the doctors discovered cancer. It was found in her lungs & bones; stage 4, which means it's terminal.

This page has been set up so that Chloe & her family can build memories whilst she is still strong enough to do so, to support their day to day living & to help take the pressure off whilst they face the unthinkable.

Chloe & Dan have been overwhelmed by the outpouring of love our community has given their family & want to thank everyone who has offered them help & support. They have both put off opening a give-a-little page till now, but acknowledge that the financial support will help them to function & provide much needed memories for their children.
