Insurance and ACC Claim Advocation

Part of our job as insurance consultants is to not only sell insurance policies to our clients, but to also be there if things go bad and help get their claim paid out quickly. But we’re also aware that not everyone who sells a policy will be there when it comes time to claim. That’s when we get approached by people who are not clients literally begging for us to help them.

We don’t want to say no.

In the past, we haven’t. We’ve helped non-client claimants with depression and anxiety, those who were permanently disabled or had work related claims and even sexual abuse cases. They needed the help to get their claims paid, access to surgery, support for income and retraining. They needed us there in order to get what they had paid for.

But we can’t do it all anymore by ourselves.

With a typical claim taking 20-240 hours, non-client claims are taking away our own business’ ability to remain viable. We want to help, but financially it’s providing difficult.

We want to set up a charitable trust in the future, but right now are using an accountant to look after every cent of every donation. We need people like you who care enough to want to help us help people in need get what they have paid for.
