Claudia Macdonald is 17 years old. She lives in Raglan and attends Fraser High School in Hamilton, 18 months ago Claudia started rowing. She recently competed in the Maadi cup and came first in the U17 single skulls and 2nd in the U18 single skulls. She was then selected to trial for the NZ team and was successful! Her dedication and determination are unbelievable.She will spend 8 weeks at the Rob Waddelll lodge at Karapiro and then onto Rio. It is an incredible story .

Any money I raise through givealittle will pay for my fees at the Rob Waddell Lodge ($1900) and the costs of sending me to Rio ($7500) My dream is to represent my country in the Olympics and make everyone proud!
