Dave Ebbett vs Brooke Ebbett and Adam Garden take on the challenge of completing the Coast to Coast Multisport Event

On the 12th and 13 th of February 2016 Brooke Ebbett aged 32 and Adam Garden aged 30 compete against Dave Ebbett aged 37 in the 2016 Coast to Coast Multisport Event across the Southern Alps. Dave 2 years ago bet Brooke in the Mt Maunganui Half Ironman by 8 minutes. but this year they take on a much harder challenge the Coast to Coast witch consists of:

- Run 2.2km

- Cycle 55km

- Running (climbing) 30.5km over Goats Pass

- Cycle 15.5km

- Run 1.5km

- Kayaking 70km down the Waimakariri River

- Cycle 69.5km

- Enjoy a cold beer!

Brooke and Adam are competing in a tandem (Kayak) which is slightly faster than the solo that Dave is competing in. Brooke and Adam also have to wait for each other in other legs..
