Community Connections' very own John Taylor is riding to raise money for Jeremy Tapari to visit his family in Papua New Guinea!

Jeremy is also raising funds by holding a public concert on the 28th of August at the Wellington Central Baptist Church from 5.30- 7.30pm.
We are a community-based disability service offering support to disabled people, providing them with the natural supports they need to live the life they choose within the community of their choice.
Any excess funds will be used to set up a travel fund for people we support who have a goal of traveling somewhere special.

Jeremy and his team have chosen to extend the date for the Give a Little page, to allow for more donations as Jeremy will be featuring in an episode for Attitude TV. This will be filmed over the week of the 21st of August and feature Jeremy being his awesome self and culminate in a gig at the Wellington Baptist Church on the 28th of August, 5.30- 7.30pm, all welcome! :)
